ALL ABILITIES ARE INVITED
Welcome to HDEC's 5K run clinic!
Lace up with us as we take on 13 weeks of epic run instruction and team building as we get our bodies primed for a 5K distance race event.
Our clinic is designed with the beginner in mind. It will progress in skill and distance (effort remains personal to you) throughout our 13wks together.
